Location: NW corner New Independence Parkway and Hamlin Groves Trail, unincorporated Orange County

Project Description & Services Provided: Due diligence, site planning, and engineering site design of a 375,000 sf town center, including a Walmart Supercenter, on a 64.11 acre site in the Hamlin development. Hamlin is a development on the west side of Orange County in the Town Center neighborhood of the Horizon West SAP.
