Project Description & Services Provided: Due diligence, site planning, and engineering site design of 145,244 sf town center, including a Publix grocery store, on a 20.33 acre site in the Hamlin development. Hamlin is a development on the west side of Orange County in the Town Center neighborhood of the Horizon West SAP.
