Project Description & Services Provided: KCG planning staff provides comprehensive land planning services to the City of New Smyrna Beach for the code compliance review of various commercial and residential land development applications as necessary to assist the city in managing land development applications. In addition, KCG provides consultant services to the city for staff initiated code revisions and new Ordinance language.
