Location: New Independence Parkway extends east and west connecting Avalon Road to Hamlin Groves Trail with an interchange at SR 429, unincorporated Orange County, FL

Project Description & Services Provided: The project consisted of the construction of 1 mile of roadway from SR 429 to Signature Lakes PD in Orange County.  Services included planning, design, plans, drainage design, permitting, signing and pavement markings, signalization design, utility coordination, cost estimates, utility plans and construction supervision. Construction completed in 2013.
