Scott M. Gentry, P.E.

Principal

Scott serves as the Principal of the Land Development Division at KCG, managing design for commercial, residential, industrial and municipal developments. He offers a diverse background with over 30 years of experience in the areas of civil engineering, land development, design, stormwater management, and highway planning. Scott has overseen large development infrastructure projects including stormwater master systems, large scale utility infrastructure, roadway infrastructure, and implementation of cost effective LID systems.

Hal Collins, JR., P.E.

Principal

Hal serves as the Principal of the Right-of-Way/Eminent Domain Division at KCG, providing engineering, planning and eminent domain expert witness services to both public and private clients. Hal coordinates and performs land planning and engineering services to assist property appraisers and attorneys with right-of-way acquisition projects. His experience includes land development, land use planning, drainage and stormwater management, sanitary sewer and potable water systems, utility master planning, roadway design, construction administration and environmental permitting.


Steven M. Kreidt, P.E.

Principal

Steve serves as the Principal of KCG Transportation Services, LLC, bringing extensive knowledge and experience on both public and private transportation projects. Steve’s background includes completing minor, major and complex roadway projects, with phases ranging from planning, design and permitting through right-of-way acquisition and into construction and project close-out. Steve has extensive experience developing public involvement programs for transportation projects.

Sean C. Fortier, P.E.

Director

Sean serves as the Director of the Land Development Division at KCG, overseeing project coordination including resource allocation, staff management and project scheduling. Sean offers nearly 20 years of experience in the areas of civil engineering, land development, stormwater management, sanitary sewer, lift stations, and potable water systems. He has experience with the design and permitting of mixed-use developments, residential subdivisions, development parkways, minor municipal roadways, and intersection design projects, as well as significant experience in site construction. He applies his design and construction background to his projects, resulting in practical and cost effective solutions.


Scott A. Stuart

Director

Scott serves as the Director of Planning for the Right-of-Way/Eminent Domain and Planning Divisions at KCG, providing land use planning and right of way acquisition/eminent domain support to both public and private clients. Scott has 20+ years of professional experience including site planning, site evaluation/feasibility studies, development potential analysis, due diligence analysis, annexations, rezonings, comprehensive plan amendments, and permitting for a wide variety of development programs.  

Frank E. Caruso, P.E.

Senior Project Manager

Frank has over 35 years of experience on a wide range of transportation projects. His experience includes completing minor, major, and complex roadway projects for various clients including cities, counties, private clients, and FDOT. He also has extensive experience directing multidisciplinary design teams efforts including in-house staff and subconsultants. Frank relies heavily on a strong technical background while planning and designing transportation projects.
